Join Nithya Shanti 3 to 6 times each week over the course of a year (Nov 2023 to Dec 2024) exploring the whole range of topics he talks and teaches about. There are meditations, readings, stories, healing practices, intensive practices, discussions, mini-workshops and more.
The duration of these practices vary from 20 mins to an hour each. These offerings emerge from the warmth of love and the simplicity of silence. They are unscripted and spontaneous in nature. The aim is to activate and energize the "inner guidance system" or intuition within each of us.

The sessions are conducted via online Zoom meetings and the medium of instruction is English. There are usually three to six stand alone sessions each week (which means you can access any session and it will be a self-contained session). Participants also get priority access to in person retreats and gatherings as and when they are announced.
Sessions are generally morning and evening times (Indian Standard Time which is GMT +5.5 hours). Some of the common timings are 6 pm, 8:00 pm and 9:30 pm IST. Morning sessions are less frequent and tend to be at 6:30 am or 7 am. The schedule for the sessions is shared in advance. Updates and session timings are posted in a WhatsApp group. Recordings are be available to those who miss the live sessions. Access to recordings remain available for as long as people remain subscribed to this course. Those who subscribe for the whole year continue to have access to all recordings till the end of 2025 (an additional year).
Those who join for the year also get complimentary access to "Being & Blossoming" – a year of powerful recorded sessions with Nithya (2021-22). You will get access to all LIVE sessions until 1st Dec 2024 and recordings of all sessions from before the time you joined.

Your Instructor
Nithya Shanti is a teacher of conscious living. He completed an MBA and worked in the corporate world. He went on to live as a monk for six years in various forest meditation monasteries. He shares his learnings through one on one sessions, retreats and inspiring talks with communities and audiences worldwide.
